Lucky Nr.7

Collabrew with ‘t Klooster (Delft), Brewery Monasterium. 7 hops, 7 malts, brewed on 7/7/2015 with 7 brewers. Brewing number was 1077. 777 litre water on 277 kg malt. 7% alc./vol. and start time of brewing was 7:07. The beer contains 77 hops gifts (normal beers have 2 or 3). So far the name Lucky Nr. 7. All 77 hops are ‘fruit’ hops, giving a smoothie-like character to the beer. Together with the ‘banana’ yeast of Schneider Weisse the fruit party is completed. Lucky Nr.7 is wrapped in a paper bag from the greengrocer.
