A unique collaboration with the Hopmannen. Twan and Dyon are two beer freaks, who like to experiment with other brewers. This uber Hopfen Weisse is the first beer in the Hopmannen series. Lucky Nr.7
Collabrew with 't Klooster (Delft), Brewery Monasterium. 7 hops, 7 malts, brewed on 7/7/2015 with 7 brewers. Brewing number was 1077. 777 litre water on 277 kg malt. 7% alc./vol. and start time of brewing was 7:07. The beer contains 77 hops gifts (normal beers have 2 or 3). So far the name Lucky Nr. 7. All 77 hops are 'fruit' hops, giving a smoothie-like character to the beer. Together with the 'banana' yeast of Schneider Weisse the fruit party is completed. Lucky Nr.7 is wrapped in a paper bag from the greengrocer.
